Abstract
Objective: To study and analyze the causes of abdominal distension after lower segment cesarean section and nursing countermeasures. Methods 77 parturients in Beijing Shengbao Obstetrics and Gynaecology Hospital who underwent lower segment cesarean section under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia were selected as the study object, 35 parturients from July to December 2017 as the control group, and 42 parturients from January to June 2018 as the observation group. Results: The incidence of gastrointestinal decompression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). In the observation group, there were 2 cases of nausea and vomiting, with a complication rate of 7.14%; In the control group, there were 5 cases of nausea and vomiting, with a complication rate of 14.28%; The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening clinical nursing measures can significantly reduce the incidence of abdominal distension after cesarean section, reduce the occurrence of other complications, shorten the time of anal exhaust, and increase the comfort of parturients, which is worthy of clinical reference.
