摘要	探究针对性护理在ICU重症监护清醒患者护理中的价值。方法于2021年1月-2022年1月，选择67例ICU重症监护清醒患者进行研究，分成对照组（n=34）与实验组（n=33），给予对照组常规护理，实验组针对性护理，比较两组的护理效果。结果实验组的不良情绪得到明显的改善，患者生活质量和满意度较高，与对照组相比（P＜0.05）。结论在ICU重症监护清醒患者护理中应用针对性护理，能够为患者提供个性化的护理服务，改善患者的负性情绪和不良心理状态，提高生活质量。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the value of targeted nursing in ICU intensive care for awake patients. Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022, 67 awake patients in ICU intensive care were selected and divided into the control group (n=34) and the experimental group (n=33). Routine nursing in the control group and targeted nursing in the experimental group were given, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The negative emotions of the experimental group were significantly improved, and the quality of life and satisfaction of the patients were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of targeted nursing in ICU intensive care for awake patients can provide personalized nursing services for patients, improve patients negative emotions and bad mental state, and improve the quality of life.
