Objective To understand the specific process of the combined use of physical therapy and exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with acute rotator cuff injury, and to evaluate its application effect. Methods A total of 68 patients with acute rotator cuff injury who were treated in our hospital participated in the implementation of this study, and were admitted from January 2021 to January 2022. According to the requirements, all patients will be divided into groups to compare and analyze the effects of physical therapy, physical therapy combined with exercise rehabilitation. The number of people in each group will be divided according to the principle of equal distribution, with 34 cases in each group. Results From the comparison of the excellent and good rate of treatment and the UCLA score after treatment between the two groups, the indicators in the observation group were significantly better, and the numerical differences between the two groups met the statistical standard (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined application of physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with acute rotator cuff injury, and promote the rapid recovery of shoulder joint function, active forward flexion and other functions. The overall therapeutic effect is remarkable. It has the value of promotion and use in clinic.
