联用奥美拉唑与阿莫西林治疗溃疡性胃炎临床效果分析

| 摘要 |
分析在对溃疡性胃炎患者治疗的过程中选择奥美拉唑与阿莫西林共同进行治疗的效果。方法 结合对比治疗观察的方式展开探究，选入患者为60例，为本院在2020年2月至2021年5月所接诊，通过组内盲选的方式，取其中的30例患者，按照常规方式进行治疗，即对照组，剩下患者则按照奥美拉唑与阿莫西林联合进行治疗，即观察组。分析患者的恢复情况。结果 结合对两组患者的整体恢复情况以及并发症情况对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对溃疡性胃炎患者进行治疗的过程中按照奥美拉唑、阿莫西林共同进行治疗，可以有效保障临床对该部分患者的治疗效果，促使患者迅速进行恢复。

| Abstract |
Objective: To analyze the effect of omeprazole and amoxicillin in the treatment of patients with ulcerative gastritis. Methods combined with the comparative treatment and observation, 60 patients were selected and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to may 2021. Through the blind selection in the group, 30 patients were treated in the conventional way, that is, the control group, and the remaining patients were treated in the combination of omeprazole and amoxicillin, that is, the observation group. Analyze the recovery of patients. Results combined with the comparison of the overall recovery and complications between the two groups, the observation group had advantages (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the treatment of patients with ulcerative gastritis, omeprazole and amoxicillin can effectively ensure the clinical treatment effect of these patients and promote their rapid recovery.
