摘要
探析内瘘护理专项健康教育对维持性血液透析患者健康知识掌握及自护能力的影响。方法 选取2022年1月~2023年1月我院收治的100例维持性血液透析患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例,分别实施常规护理、内瘘护理专项健康教育,对比两组的护理效果。结果 通过比较两组的健康知识掌握度、自护能力评分、并发症总发生率情况,与对照组相比,观察组优势更为显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对维持性血液透析患者实施内瘘护理专项健康教育后,健康知识掌握程度与自护能力得到显著提升且并发症减少,值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of special health education for internal fistula nursing on the health knowledge and self-care ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: 100 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. routine nursing and special health education for internal fistula nursing were carried out respectively, the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: By comparing the mastery of health knowledge, self-care ability score and total incidence of complications between the two groups, compared to the control group,the advantage of the observation group was more significant, there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: After the implementation of special health education on internal fistula nursing for maintenance hemodialysis patients, the mastery of health knowledge has been significantly improved, the ability of self-care has been significantly improved, and the complications have been reduced, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
