间歇导尿患者并发急性附睾炎的护理对策探讨

摘要	分析间歇导尿并发急性附睾炎的有效护理措施与效果。方法 2021年1月-2022年1月本科接诊间歇导尿并发急性附睾炎病人69名，随机分2组。试验组35人采取综合护理，对照组34人行常规护理。对比SDS评分等指标。结果关于SDS和SAS这两个指标：干预结束时，试验组数据比对照组低（P＜0.05）。至于依从性这个指标：试验组数据97.14%，和对照组数据79.41%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于sf-36评分：干预结束时，试验组数据（87.62±3.14）分，对照组数据（80.93±4.26）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论间歇导尿并发急性附睾炎用综合护理，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，依从性改善更加明显，生活质量也更好。
Abstract	Objective: To analyze the effective nursing measures and effects of intermittent catheterization complicated with acute epididymitis. Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022, 69 patients with intermittent catheterization complicated with acute epididymitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 35 patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing, and 34 patients in the control group received routine nursing. Compare SDS score and other indicators. Results: At the end of the intervention, the data of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). As for the compliance index, the data of the experimental group was 97.14%, which was higher than that of the control group (79.41%) (P < 0.05). Regarding the SF-36 score: At the end of the intervention, the score of the experimental group (87.62±3.14) was higher than that of the control group (80.93±4.26) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing with intermittent catheterization complicated with acute epididymitis can relieve the negative emotion more quickly, improve the compliance more obviously, and improve the quality of life.
