| 摘要 |
探析恩度胸腔灌注治疗肺癌晚期合并恶性胸水患者的护理效果。方法 选取60例2018.07月至2020.05月期间，在我科采用恩度胸腔灌注治疗的肺癌晚期合并恶性胸水患者为研究对象，其中采用常规护理的30例患者为常规组，采用整体性护理的30例患者为观察组，比较两组干预前后的生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 观察组干预后生活质量、护理满意度均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对采用恩度胸腔灌注治疗肺癌晚期合并恶性胸水患者，实施有效、正确地护理措施，有助于改善患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing effect of Endo pleural perfusion in patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion. Methods 60 patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion were selected from 2018.07 months to 2020.05 months. Among them ,30 patients with routine nursing were routine group and 30 patients with holistic nursing were observation group. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective and correct nursing measures are helpful to improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with malignant pleural effusion.
