摘要	在患者完成单牙即刻种植术之后针对即刻修复的临床效果进行分析与研究。方法在2021年12月至2022年12月期间从医院中选择90例接受上前牙单牙即刻种植术的患者，根据修复方式的不同将这些患者分为即刻组与延期组，即刻组患者是采用即刻修复的方式来进行牙齿的修复，延期组患者是结合延期修复的方式来予以修复。通过两组患者红色美学评分、白色美学评分以及种植体边缘骨吸收情况的对比，就可以判断出两种修复方式的临床应用效果。结果在红色美学评分上，即刻组患者的评分均高于延期组；在白色美学评分上，即刻组患者的评分结果要高于延期组患者；在种植体边缘骨吸收情况上，即刻组患者的吸收效果更强。两组患者的修复结果存在较大差异。结论对于完成单牙即刻种植术的患者，即刻修复的应用效果更强，可以使患者牙齿的美学效果得到保证。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of immediate restoration after the single dental implant. Methods in December 2021 to December 2022 select 90 cases from the hospital patients with single tooth immediate implants, according to the different way of repair these patients are divided into immediate group and delay group, immediate group patients is the way of immediate repair to repair teeth, delay group patients is combined with the way of delayed repair to repair. The clinical results of the two groups, and the results of the two restoration procedures. Results In the red aesthetic score, the score of the immediate group was higher than the delayed patients; in the white aesthetic score, the immediate group was higher than the deferred patients. There were large differences in the repair outcomes between the two groups. Conclusion For patients with immediate implantation of single teeth, the application effect of immediate restoration is stronger, which can ensure the aesthetic effect of patients teeth.
