Objective To study the effect of balanced cupping and acupoint application on insomnia symptoms. Methods A total of 60 insomnia patients admitted from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as observation objects. These 60 insomnia patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with Estazolam tablets, while the observation group was treated with balanced cupping combined with acupoint application. Through the analysis of the basic condition of the two groups of patients to understand the therapeutic effects of different treatment methods. Results The effective rate and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of balanced cupping combined with acupoint application in the treatment of insomnia patients can achieve effective relief of insomnia symptoms, and the treatment efficiency is fast, so it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
