预见性护理指引模式在骨科护理中的应用分析

摘要	分析在骨科护理中应用预见性护理指引模式的临床效果。方法本研究选择2022年6月-2022年12月接受我院治疗的56名骨科患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组28例，对照组患者接受常规护理，实验组患者在接受常规护理的基础之上接受预见性护理指引模式，比较分析两组的疼痛情况、并发症发生率、焦虑抑郁情况、护理满意度。结果实验组的疼痛情况显著好于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组的并发症发生率显著小于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组护理满意度评分显著高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论骨科护理中应用预见性护理指引模式，能减少患者并发症发生，减轻患者的疼痛程度，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical effect of predictive nursing guidance model in orthopedics nursing. Methods This study selected 56 orthopedic patients who received treatment in our hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 as research objects, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 28 cases, control group patients to receive routine care, experimental group patients on the basis of receiving routine care to receive predictive nursing guidance mode. The pain, complication rate, anxiety and depression, nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The pain of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The complication rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive nursing guidance model in orthopedic nursing can reduce the occurrence of complications, reduce the degree of pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
