| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the current situation and related factors of thyroid nursing ability of nurses in endocrinology department. Methods: This experiment spanned the time period from October 2020 to March 2022, and researchers studied 12 endocrinology nurses. In this experiment, the researchers designed questionnaires by themselves to evaluate the thyroid nursing ability of the selected endocrinology nurses from the aspects of scientific research ability, clinical nursing ability, leadership ability, legal awareness, communication ability, etc., and analyzed the relevant influencing factors. Results: The thyroid nursing ability score of 12 endocrinology nurses selected in this experiment was (4.3±0.5) points, and the scientific research ability score, clinical nursing ability score, leadership ability score, legal awareness score, and communication ability score were (4.3±0.7) respectively. ) points, (4.1±0.5) points, (4.2±0.6) points, (4.4±0.5) points, (4.3±0.8) points; working years, whether to teach, bonus and benefits, salary, whether to obtain a college certificate, Employment relationship, professional title, educational background and other factors have a non-negligible impact on the thyroid nursing ability of endocrinology nurses (p<0.05). Conclusion: The thyroid nursing ability of nurses in endocrinology department is in good condition, and there is still room for further improvement. Hospitals should clarify the impact of relevant factors and take targeted measures to deal with them.
