摘要
课程思政是研究生教育改革的一个重要方向。《基因工程实验设计》是广西师范大学生命科学学院为生物学专业研究生开设的一门重要专业课,旨在培养学生进行完整的基因工程实验设计的能力。本课程的思政元素非常丰富,是开展课程思政的优秀载体。在分析了本课程的课程思政教学现状的基础上,从强化思政理念、优化课程思政教学设计等方面进行教学改革,充分发挥课程的智育和德育双重功能。教改结果表明本课程的课程思政改革可以提高学生学习的积极性,引导学生树立正确的价值观,实现专业课的德育功能。本次教改可为生物学专业其它课程的课程思政改革提供参考。
Abstract
“Curriculum politics” is an important direction of postgraduate education reform. is an important professional course provided by College of Life Sciences in Guangxi Normal University for biology postgraduates, which aims to cultivate students ability to carry out complete experimental design of genetic engineering. The ideological and political elements of this course are very rich, and it is an excellent carrier for carrying out ideological and political education in the course. Based on the analysis of the current situation of curriculum ideological and political teaching, we carried out teaching reform from the following aspects: strengthening the ideological and political concept, optimizing the ideological and political teaching design of the curriculum in order to fully exert the dual functions of this curriculum (intellectual education and moral education). Practice has proved that the ideological and political reform of this course can improve students learning enthusiasm, guide students to establish correct values, and realize the moral education function of professional course. This teaching reform can provide reference for the ideological and political reform of other courses of biology.
