摘要	现代医学认为，疾病与精神心理因素存在密切联系，两者之间相互影响，互为因果。心血管疾病患者多数会并发心理障碍，导致治疗后预后效果下降，死亡率升高，因此，需要对上述患者进行有必要的护理干预措施。随着双心护理模式逐渐被临床认可，故此，本文中对双心护理模式在冠心病合并心理障碍患者的应用措施进行研究，旨在探讨双心护理产生的积极影响，对其作出展望。
Abstract	According to modern medicine, there is a close relationship between disease and mental and psychological factors, and the two affect each other and cause each other. Most patients with cardiovascular diseases will be complicated with psychological disorders, resulting in a decline in the prognosis and a rise in mortality after treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to take necessary nursing interventions for the above patients. As the dual-heart nursing model is gradually recognized by clinical practice, this paper studies the application measures of dual-heart nursing model in patients with coronary heart disease and psychological disorders, with the purpose of exploring the positive impact of dual-heart nursing and making prospects for it.
