摘要	分析康复护理干预对骨科髋关节置换术康复效果及自理功能的影响。方法选骨科髋关节置换术患者 50 例（2021.10 至 2022.10 收治），按照随机数字表法，分成对照组（常规护理干预）和观察组（康复护理干预），各 25 例。比对两组康复效果、自理功能、生存质量及并发症发生率。结果髋关节 Harris 评分、Barthel 指数、生存质量评分：观察组比对照组高，并发症发生率：观察组比对照组低（P<0.05）。结论骨科髋关节置换术患者，行康复护理干预，效果优良，能提高康复效果和患者自理功能，值得推荐。
Abstract	objective to analyze the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect and self-care function of patients undergoing hip joint replacement in Orthopedics Department. Methods 50 patients (2021.10 to 2022.10) with hip joint replacement were randomly divided into two groups: control group (routine nursing intervention) and Observation Group -LRB-rehabilitation nursing intervention) , 25 cases in each group. The rehabilitation effect, self-care function, quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results the Harris score, Barthel index and quality of life score of hip joint in the Observation Group were higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with hip joint replacement is excellent, which can improve the rehabilitation effect and the self-care function of patients, and is worthy of recommendation.
