临床护理路径对老年肿瘤化疗患者 PICC 护理的应用效果

摘要	探析临床护理路径对老年肿瘤化疗患者 PICC 护理的应用效果。方法在我院接受化疗的老年肿瘤患者中选取 144 例，144 例入选者均接受 PICC 置管，入选时间 2021 年 1 月~2022 年 12 月，随机将 144 例患者分为均衡的两组，对照组 72 例行常规干预，观察组 72 例行临床护理路径，分析组间干预效果。结果经干预，两组护理质量、生活质量、各观察指标、并发症、满意度对比，观察组数值均较对照组优（P<0.05）。结论肿瘤化疗老年患者行 PICC 置管期间开展临床护理路径，疗效确切，可选。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on PICC nursing of elderly cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 144 elderly cancer patients who received chemotherapy in our hospital were selected, and 144 patients were all accepted PICC catheterization. The selection time was from January 2021 to December 2022. 144 patients were randomly divided into two balanced groups. The control group had 72 routine intervention, and the observation group had 72 clinical nursing paths, and the effect of intervention between groups was analyzed. Results After intervention, the quality of care, quality of life, observation indicators, complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the values of the observation group were better than those of the control group （ P<0.05 ） . Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway for elderly patients undergoing tumor chemotherapy during PICC intubation is effective and optional.
