摘要	分析手术室新护士培训中视频教学法的应用。方法随机将 25 名手术室新护士分成两组，对照组（12 例）和观察组（13 例）。在培训期间，对照组采用传统方法进行培训，而观察组在传统基础上采用视频方法进行培训。结果观察组的理论结果。手术结果明显高于对照组，对比两组的理论成绩和操作成绩，观察组明显高于对照组；对比两组的护理满意度，观察组明显高于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论将视频教学用于手术室，可以取得很好的培训效果，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application of video teaching method in the training of new nurses in operating room. Methods 25 new nurses in operating room were randomly divided into two groups: control group (12 cases) and observation group (13 cases). During the training, the control group used the traditional method for training, while the observation group used the video method for training on the traditional basis. Results The theoretical results of the observation group. The results of operation were significantly higher than those of the control group. Compared with the theoretical and operational results of the two groups, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group; Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using video teaching in operating room can achieve good training effect and is worth popularizing.
