摘要	本文探究综合护理用于经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中后偏瘫病人中的价值。方法选取 2021 年 1 月 -2022 年 1 月在我院进行经颅磁刺激治疗的 112 例脑卒中后偏瘫患者，对比两组患者护理干预 6 个月后日常生活能力、运动功能和护理满意度。结果综合护理组日常生活能力、运动功能和护理满意度都明显优于常规护理组， P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论在对经颅磁刺激治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者实施综合护理措施，能有效提高患者的日常生活能力、运动功能和护理满意度，对于帮助患者恢复存在有极为重要的作用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of hemiplegia patients after stroke with transcranial magnetic stimulation. Methods 112 patients with hemiplegia after stroke who were treated by transcranial magnetic stimulation in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected, and their daily living ability, motor function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 6 months of nursing intervention. Results The daily living ability, motor function and nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive nursing group were significantly better than those of the conventional nursing group, P<0.05 indicating that there was a comparative significance. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures for stroke patients with hemiplegia treated by transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve their daily living ability, motor function and nursing satisfaction, and play a very important role in helping patients recover.
