Objective To explore the value of humanistic care in hemodialysis treatment of patients with diabetes nephropathy; Methods 220 patients with diabetes nephropathy included in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups according to the same proportion by using the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given humanistic care. The treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction, adverse emotions and adverse event rates of the two groups were compared; Results The complete compliance rate (94%>81%) and total satisfaction rate (100%>94.55%) of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. SDS scores (36.85 ± 4.62<50.17 ± 4.33) and SAS scores (34.16 ± 2.14<48.57 ± 2.85) were higher than those in the control group. The total incidence of adverse events such as vascular embolism, infection, hypoglycemia and arrhythmia (2.73%<15.45%) were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); Conclusion in the hemodialysis treatment of patients with diabetes nephropathy, humanistic care nursing mode can promote the improvement of patients quality of life, enhance their confidence in treatment and improve prognosis. The clinical effect is remarkable, and it is worth promoting.
