Objective To analyze the clinical value of Scrum empowering training mode nursing in the process of improving the quality of nursing care for obstetric critical patients. Methods 80 patients with acute and critical illness who were treated in obstetrics in a hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into control group and study group according to the digital grouping method, with 40 patients in both groups. Patients in the control group received routine intensive care care, while patients in the study group received Scrum empowerment training mode. The incidence of complications, nursing quality score and other clinical indicators of the two groups were analyzed. Results The incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the score of nursing quality scale of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the data difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Scrum empowering training mode can not only effectively control the incidence of complications in the nursing of obstetric critical patients, but also improve the quality of nursing while giving full play to nursing advantages, which is conducive to the smooth development of nursing work.
