Objective To study the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing in neurosurgery patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 120 patients with severe craniocerebral injury treated in neurosurgery from January 2021 to August 2022 were divided into 2 groups with 60 patients in each group based on routine care, and the observation group compared the incidence of complications and family satisfaction of the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after one month of nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of family members of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with severe craniocerebral injury in neurosurgery can effectively enhance the effect, reduce the mortality and complication rate of patients, improve the level of self-living ability of patients, improve family satisfaction, maintain a good doctor-patient relationship, clinical effect is very significant, worthy of popularization and application.
