摘要	探究剖宫产后纯母乳喂养护理干预的效果。方法选取 2021 年 12 月～2022 年 12 月在我院实施剖宫产分娩的产妇共 80 例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表分组方法分为对照组与观察组，两组各 40 例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施纯母乳喂养护理。比较两组产妇产后纯母乳喂养率、初始泌乳时间、护理满意度。结果观察组产妇产后 24h、产后 48h、产后 72h 纯母乳喂养率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组初始泌乳时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在产妇剖宫产后护理中实施纯母乳喂养护理干预可提高纯母乳喂养率，缩短初始泌乳时间，并提升产妇护理满意度，值得推广实施。
Abstract	Objective to explore the effect of nursing intervention on pure breast-feeding after cesarean section. Methods a total of 802021 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and Observation Group, with 40 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given pure breast feeding nursing. The pure breast feeding rate, the initial lactation time and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results the rate of pure breast feeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 24h, 48h and 72h after delivery (p<0.05) , and the initial lactation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (p<0.05) . Conclusion the nursing intervention of pure breast-feeding after cesarean section can increase the rate of pure breast-feeding, shorten the initial lactation time and improve the nursing satisfaction.
