Objective To summarize the data, take the comparative analysis method as the experimental principle, and deeply explore the role of one-to-one quality nursing in the delivery room nursing, so as to provide data support for medical work. Methods The experiment was conducted from January 2022 to December 2022. The study samples were the puerperas who were treated in our hospital. They were equally divided into two groups by the odd-even number grouping method. The data differences between the two groups after the intervention were compared, including the maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups and the first, second and third stages of labor, and the data were integrated and summarized by using relevant software. Results The overall nursing effect showed that the nursing outcome of the observation group was particularly prominent, and the feasibility was significantly higher. All data were better than those of the control group, and the data difference between the groups was significant, reaching the statistical standard of P<0.05. Conclusion The effective implementation of quality nursing intervention of one-to-one whole-process nursing care in the delivery room nursing work shows its nursing value, which can make the parturient maintain the best psychological state, minimize the time of birth, and improve the outcome of mother and baby. The parturient has a good response to this nursing model, and it is recommended to popularize and apply it.
