糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用价值分析

摘要	探讨糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用价值。方法将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 80 例内分泌科糖尿病患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施健康教育。比较两组护理前后不良情绪得分、知识掌握率、护理满意度、血糖达标率。结果实验组不良情绪得分低于对照组，知识掌握率、护理满意度、血糖达标率高于对照组，实验组患者生活质量改善效果优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论内分泌科糖尿病患者实施健康教育效果确切，可有效提高患者的知识水平，减轻不良情绪，提高血糖达标率和满意度，值得推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application value of diabetes health education in endocrinology nursing. Methods 80 patients with diabetes in the endocrine department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given health education. The scores of adverse emotions, knowledge mastery rate, nursing satisfaction, and blood glucose compliance rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The score of bad mood in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the knowledge mastery rate, nursing satisfaction and blood glucose compliance rate were higher than that of the control group. The improvement effect of the quality of life in the experimental group was better than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of health education for patients with diabetes in the endocrine department has a definite effect, which can effectively improve the knowledge level of patients, reduce bad emotions, and improve the rate of reaching the standard of blood sugar and satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
