Objective To observe the effect of free posture nursing+labor analgesia on the outcome and duration of labor in the first stage of labor. Methods The research period of this experiment was from June 2021 to June 2022. The study included 80 pregnant women who were about to give birth in our hospital. The grouping criteria were divided according to the double number of the hospital bed sheet. For the pregnant women who were divided into the single number group (40 cases), the routine posture nursing+delivery analgesia strategy was implemented. For the pregnant women who were divided into the double number group (40 cases), the first stage of labor free posture nursing+delivery analgesia strategy was implemented, and the relevant data were collected and sorted, Use statistical methods to compare. Results After the implementation of two different nursing interventions, the duration of labor in the double number group was significantly lower than that in the single number group, but the delivery outcome was significantly better in the single number group, and the natural delivery rate in the double number group was higher (P＜0.05). Conclusion The study found that the implementation of free posture nursing+labor analgesia in the first stage of labor has a significant impact on the outcome of labor and the duration of labor.
