摘要
探讨泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者实施综合护理干预效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 80 例泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者,抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施综合护理干预。比 较两组护理前后血压监测水平、生活质量评分、满意度、治疗依从性评分、并发症率。结果 实验组血压监测水 平低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,满意度高于对照组,治疗依从性评分高于对照组,并发症率低于对照 组,P<0.05。结论 泌尿外科疾病合并高血压患者实施综合护理干预效果确切,可有效降低血压和减少并发症, 提高患者依从性和改善其生活质量,提高患者满意度。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with urological diseases and hypertension. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 80 patients with urological diseases and hypertension were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The blood pressure monitoring level, quality of life score, satisfaction, treatment compliance score and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The blood pressure monitoring level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group, the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the treatment compliance score was higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with urological diseases complicated with hypertension is accurate, which can effectively reduce blood pressure and complications, improve patients compliance, improve their quality of life, and improve patients satisfaction.
