Objective: To analyze the value of laparoscopy in the treatment of womens infertility. Methods: 100 women with infertility were selected. All patients were diagnosed by laparoscopy, and laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery with head low foot high lithotomy was used, and anti-inflammatory treatment was added in the later stage. Results: there were 25 cases (25%) of primary infertility and 75 cases (75%) of secondary infertility. Among them, 50 cases underwent tubal oil examination, and 40 cases (80%) were consistent with laparoscopy. Through laparoscopy, 85 patients with pelvic organic diseases were detected, of which the positive rate was 85%, including 50 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation (58.82%), 15 cases of endometriosis (17.64%) and 10 cases of polycystic ovary (11.76%). Conclusion: laparoscopic surgery is very important in the treatment of womens infertility. It can obtain a good diagnostic rate and is suitable for wide promotion in clinic.
