中医护理干预在胃脘痛患者护理中应用效果观察

摘要	分析胃脘痛患者护理中采用中医护理的临床效果。方法 40 例于 2018 年 1 月—2019 年 6 月在我院进行就诊的胃脘痛患者实施中医护理，将其设为观察组，主要选择情志干预、日常生活干预、中医饮食护理、穴位按摩以及艾灸等方法。40 例于 2018 年 1 月—2019 年 6 月在我院进行就诊的胃脘痛患者实施常规护理，设为对照组。两组患者护理后计算总有效率以及护理满意度进行对比。结果观察组进行中医护理干预，患者的治疗有效率为 95.00%，高于对照组的 77.50%（P＜0.05）；观察组以及对照组患者分别以 97.5%和 75%呈现满意度。结论中医护理干预对胃脘痛患者临床症状的改善发挥了积极的作用，能有效促进恢复，提高患者护理满意度，具有较高的应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the nursing of patients with stomachache. Methods 40 patients with epigastric pain who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing. They were divided into an observation group and mainly selected methods such as emotional intervention, daily life intervention, traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing, acupoint massage, and moxibustion. Forty patients with epigastric pain who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 received routine nursing care and were assigned to a control group. The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction were calculated and compared between the two groups of patients after nursing. Results The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the observation group was 95.00%, higher than 77.50% in the control group (P<0.05); Patients in the observation group and the control group presented satisfaction with 97.5% and 75%, respectively. Conclusion Nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine played a positive role in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with epigastric pain, which could effectively promote recovery and improve patients nursing satisfaction, and had a high application value.
