摘要	分析探讨针灸联合康复护理在脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者膀胱功能恢复中的影响价值。方法本课题以104例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者为研究样本，时间段择2021年3月至2022年3月之间开展进行，将104例患者按照1--104数字进行随机编号，奇偶数分别为1组实行常规化护理；2组实行针灸联合康复护理，比对其护理后综合效果差异。结果 2组在（小腹坠胀评分、排尿困难评分以及并发症）方面的指标呈现均优于1组，实验结果优异。结论对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者膀胱恢复中采取针灸联合康复护理模式，其效果卓越，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of bladder function in patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. Methods 104 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury were selected as the study sample, and the time period was from March 2021 to March 2022. 104 patients were randomly numbered according to the number of 1 to 104. The odd and even numbers were divided into one group for routine nursing; Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation nursing were carried out in the two groups, and their comprehensive effects were compared. Results The two groups were better than the first group in terms of the indexes (abdominal distension score, dysuria score and complications), and the experimental results were excellent. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation nursing mode is effective in bladder recovery of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury, and has clinical promotion value.
