超声波疗法配合康复训练治疗肩关节周围炎的疗效观察及护理

摘要	分析肩关节周围炎（肩周炎）采取超声波疗法与康复训练配合的效果。方法选取2021年5月至2022年10月收治的肩周炎患者66例，随机分为观察组（常规治疗）和对照组（超声波疗法+康复训练）各33例，对比效果。结果观察组关节症状消失时间、功能恢复时间、疼痛程度、肩关节功能障碍评分均低于对照组（P<0.05），观察组肩关节活动度均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论超声波疗法同康复训练配合使用显著改善临床效果，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasonic therapy combined with rehabilitation training in periarthritis of shoulder (scapulohumeral periarthritis). Methods 66 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted from May 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into observation group (routine treatment) and control group (ultrasonic therapy + rehabilitation training) 33 cases in each group, the results were compared. Results The disappearance time of joint symptoms, the recovery time of function, the degree of pain and the score of shoulder joint dysfunction in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0. 05). 05), the range of motion of shoulder joint in observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0. 05)。 Conclusion The combination of ultrasonic therapy and rehabilitation training can improve the clinical effect significantly and is worthy of clinical promotion.
