康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果探究

摘要	本文以腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究目标，探讨其临床接受康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗的临床效果。方法将2021年1月-2022年1月期间我院收治腰椎间盘突出症患者纳入本次研究，参与研究者共100例，以临床应用措施的不同将患者均分两组，研究组（康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗）、参照组（针灸理疗治疗），观察两组患者治疗总有效率、患者满意度、护理前后中医症状、腰椎功能、生活质量评分情况等数据，同时利用统计学方法进行数据对比，分析临床应用措施的有效性及价值。结果两组总有效率对比研究组48（96.00%）高于参照组40（80.00%），结果P＜0.05；两组总满意率对比研究组48（96.00%）高于参照组43（86.00%），结果P＜0.05；护理前两组各项数据未体现明显性差异，对比后P值＞0.05；护理后，中医症状积分研究组较低，腰椎功能以及生活质量评分研究组较高，与参照组对比差异明显，对比后P值＜0.05；本次研究获得数据以研究组更具有优势性。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者临床接受康复护理结合针灸理疗治疗，其疗效明显提升，临床不适症状以及腰椎功能得到明显缓解，很大程度提升患者生活质量，且效果获得患者满意与认可，值得临床应用，建议推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and physiotherapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods The patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were included in this study. A total of 100 participants were divided into two groups according to the different clinical application measures. The study group (rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and physiotherapy) and the reference group (acupuncture and physiotherapy) were observed to observe the total effective rate, patient satisfaction, TCM symptoms before and after nursing, lumbar function Quality of life scores and other data. At the same time, statistical methods are used for data comparison to analyze the effectiveness and value of clinical application measures. Results The total effective rate of study group 48 (96.00%) was higher than that of reference group 40 (80.00%) (P<0.05); The total satisfaction rate of the two groups was 48 (96.00%) higher in the comparative study group than 43 (86.00%) in the reference group (P<0.05); Before nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of data, P>0.05 after comparison; After nursing, the score of TCM symptom score in the study group was lower, while the score of lumbar function and quality of life in the study group was higher. Compared with the reference group, the difference was significant, P<0.05; The research group has more advantages in obtaining data in this study. Conclusion The clinical rehabilitation nursing combined with acupuncture and physiotherapy for patients with lumbar disc herniation has significantly improved the curative effect, significantly relieved the clinical discomfort symptoms and lumbar function, greatly improved the quality of life of patients, and the effect has been satisfactory and recognized by patients, which is worthy of clinical application, and it is recommended to promote.
