Objective To explore and analyze the clinical nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with moxibustion in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis and joint function. Methods A total of 48 patients with periarthritis of shoulder admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. Based on the admission serial number of patients, 48 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with moxibustion. The nursing effects of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed. Shoulder function and patient symptom scores. Results After the nursing intervention, the observation group in the nursing effect; In terms of shoulder joint function and patient symptom score, the difference was statistically significant because of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the process of intervention in patients with periarthritis of shoulder, adopt the way of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with moxibustion to intervene, can significantly improve the patients symptoms, and can effectively improve nursing effect and the shoulder joint function in patients with in the process of practical application is of good effect, worthy of further popularization and application.
