摘要	研究老年慢性心力衰竭护理采用舒适护理的效果。方法选取2020年9月-2021年9月我院收治的70例老年慢性心力衰竭患者，采用计算机随机分组方式分为研究组与对照组，各35例。结果经过护理后，研究组心理状态评分低于对照组；研究组生活质量评分高于对照组；研究组睡眠质量评分高于对照组；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论老年慢性心力衰竭患者实施舒适护理，取得了较好的效果，有助于缓解负性情绪，提高其生活质量与睡眠质量。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: 70 elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. Results: after nursing, the psychological state score of the study group was lower than that of the control group; The score of quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group; The sleep quality score of the study group was higher than that of the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comfort nursing for elderly patients with chronic heart failure has achieved good results, which is helpful to alleviate negative emotions and improve their quality of life and sleep.
