Objetive To analyze the application effect of cyclophenol in painless gastroscopy anesthesia. Methods From February 2021 to February 2022 in our hospital, 100 patients with painless gastroscopy were selected as the research and analysis objects, and randomly divided into observation group and control group (50 cases each). The control group was given propofol anesthesia and maintenance, while the observation group was given cyclophenol anesthesia and maintenance. The recovery time, the incidence of injection pain, the incidence of complications and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The time from the last administration to the awakening of patients in the observation group and from the removal of gastroscope to the awakening of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of injection pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of cyclophenol anesthetic in painless gastroscopy anesthesia can improve the recovery time of patients, reduce complications and adverse reactions. It is safe and worth popularizing.
