Objective: To analyze and explore the role and value of timing blood perfusion in patients who have been stung by wasps under DRGS payment environment. Method: 80 patients with wasp stings admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. Patients who underwent blood perfusion within 6 hours and 24 hours were divided into a study group and a control group, respectively. Both groups of patients were treated with blood perfusion, and their myocardial enzyme indicators and related clinical symptoms were compared after treatment. Result: The myocardial enzyme indicators and related clinical symptoms of the study group patients after treatment were better than those of the control group, both (P<0.05). Conclusion: In patients with wasp stings, early selection of blood perfusion therapy under DRGS payment environment can stabilize myocardial enzyme indicators in the body, improve related clinical symptoms and prognosis, and is worthy of application and promotion.
