Objective: To explore and analyze the role of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods: The research and development stage was set for a time range from January 2021 to December 2022. The selection of personnel was completed in accordance with the established procedures of computer software. The final exploration goal of this study was to sign 70 patients who received treatment for acute abdomen in our hospital during this time period. The data of all patients participating in this study were retrospectively analyzed, and color Doppler ultrasound examinations were performed on all patients participating in this study, The results of the pathological examination were used as the gold standard for comparative analysis based on the final results obtained. Results: Patients with visceral rupture, gallstone cholecystitis, acute appendicitis, acute pancreatitis, gynecological acute abdomen, and gastric perforation were diagnosed with high accuracy using color Doppler ultrasound, and the overall accuracy was 91.43%. Conclusion: For patients with acute abdomen, the use of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of this symptom.
