摘要
明确院内儿科专科小组相关科室临床护士的专科知识及急救能力的掌握度,考核医院儿科专科小组相关科室,分析经专科规范化培训后护士对专科知识的掌握度。方法 选取院内所有儿科专科小组人员,岗级N1-N4包括护士长。采用采用问卷星线上考试方式进行,明确院内儿科专科小组相关科室临床护士的专科知识及急救能力的掌握度,并结合院内实际情况予以其专科规范化培训。对比培训前以及培训后儿科专科小组相关科室临床护士的专科知识及急救能力的掌握度。结果 培训后明显优于培训前,P<0.05。结论 有效的实施专科知识培训模式使护士能够在繁重工作的环境中重新获得新的专业知识和技能。从而提高护士的专科能力及整体业务素养。
Abstract
Objective To determine the degree of clinical nurses mastery of specialized knowledge and first-aid ability in related departments of pediatric specialty group in the hospital, and to evaluate the degree of nurses mastery of specialized knowledge after standardized specialized training in related departments of pediatric specialty group in the hospital. Methods All pediatric specialists in the hospital were selected, including post N1-N4 head nurses. Questionnaire online examination was adopted to determine the degree of clinical nurses mastery of specialty knowledge and first-aid ability in related departments of pediatric specialty group in the hospital, and standardized specialized training was given to them based on the actual situation in the hospital. Before and after the training, clinical nurses in related departments of pediatric specialty group were compared in their mastery of specialized knowledge and first-aid ability. Results After the training was significantly better than before the training, P < 0.05. Conclusion Effective implementation of specialized knowledge training mode can enable nurses to regain new professional knowledge and skills in the heavy work environment. So as to improve nurses specialized ability and overall professional quality.
