Objective To explore and analyze the specific effects of targeted nursing intervention in emergency care on patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods Fifty patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 25 patients in each group. The patients in the study group were given the targeted nursing intervention mode of emergency first aid, while the patients in the control group were given the routine emergency first aid nursing mode. Results The treatment effect of patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the study group (92.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (68.00%), and the satisfaction of family members of patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the study group (96.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.00%). The SAS score and SDS score of patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the study group were lower than those in the control group after nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions For patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, the targeted nursing intervention of emergency first aid has a significant therapeutic effect, and has a certain effect on improving patients psychological emotions, and improve patients family members satisfaction with nursing work, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
