摘要	探究分析经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的术后护理。方法选取于2020年1月至2022年6月，至我院接受经皮椎体成形术治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者共120例，作为本次研究对象。采用电脑盲选的方式，将120例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用全面护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的活动能力以及护理满意度。结果经护理干预后，观察组在活动能力以及护理满意度方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论在对接受经皮椎体成形术治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者护理的过程中，采用全面护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患者的活动能力以及护理满意度，在实际应用中具有卓越的效果，值得推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the postoperative nursing of percutaneous vertebroplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods a total of 120 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures who received percutaneous vertebroplasty in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. 120 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer blind selection. The control group was intervened by routine nursing mode; The observation group used the comprehensive nursing model to intervene. The activity ability and nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed. Results after nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of activity ability and nursing satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the process of nursing patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture who received percutaneous vertebroplasty, the comprehensive nursing model can effectively improve the activity ability and nursing satisfaction of patients, which has excellent effect in practical application and is worthy of promotion and application.
