摘要	分析脐静脉置管用于高危新生儿的价值与护理措施。方法对2021年1月-2022年11月本科接诊高危新生儿（n=80）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各40名，前者行脐静脉置管，后者用周围静脉留置针。2组都接受常规护理。对比并发症等指标。结果关于静脉治疗时间，试验组数据（7.28±1.02）d，和对照组数据（11.79±1.56）d相比更短（P＜0.05）。关于并发症这个指标：试验组发生率5.0%，和对照组数据22.5%相比更低（P＜0.05）。结论高危新生儿用脐静脉置管法，并发症发生率更低，静脉治疗时间也更短。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value and nursing measures of umbilical vein catheterization in high-risk neonates. Methods From January 2021 to November 2022, high-risk neonates (n=80) were randomly divided into 40 subjects in each group. The former received umbilical vein catheterization, and the latter received peripheral vein indwelling needle. Both groups received routine care. Complications and other indicators were compared. Results The duration of intravenous therapy in the experimental group was shorter (7.28±1.02) days than that in the control group (11.79±1.56) days (P < 0.05). Regarding the complication index, the incidence rate of the experimental group was 5.0%, which was lower than that of the control group (22.5%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion With umbilical vein catheterization, the complication rate is lower and the time of intravenous therapy is shorter.
