摘要	通过对《三国两晋南北朝医学总集》王叔和医学集《伤寒论》部分647自然段文字与 2015年学苑出版社桂林古本《伤寒杂病论》965条文排序及文字比较，从而用条文排列方式及对比数据证明桂林古本《伤寒杂病论》逻辑严密，内容全面，条理清晰，法律严谨，成就非常人、伪本所能及。笔者在此亦提一种新的方法以供《伤寒论》学习者参考使用。
Abstract	Through the sorting and comparison of the 647 natural paragraphs of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases" of Wang Shuhes Medical Collection of the Three Kingdoms, the Two Jin Dynasties and the Southern and Northern Dynasties with the 965 articles of the "Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases" of the Guilin ancient book published by Xueyuan Publishing House in 2015, the article arrangement and comparative data prove that the Guilin ancient book "Treatise on Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases" is logical, comprehensive, clear, strict in law, and has achieved achievements that are beyond the reach of ordinary people and fake ones. The author also puts forward a new method for the learners of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
