Objective This article aims to analyze the causes of irregular vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology, and to study clinical treatment methods. Methods 80 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding (April 2022-April 2023) were analyzed to analyze the etiology of irregular vaginal bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology, and compare the clinical treatment effect of the two groups after implementing different treatment plans. Results There was no significant difference in guiding the incidence of irregular bleeding between the control group and the research group, with P>0.05 indicating no comparative significance; The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%, and the quality of life score was (89.02 ± 4.51) points. The control group was 80.00% and (79.13 ± 4.17) points, respectively. P<0.05 indicates the existence of comparative significance. Conclusion Although irregular vaginal bleeding has the same clinical symptoms, the cause is extremely complex. During treatment, it is necessary to comprehensively diagnose the patients condition, determine the cause of bleeding as soon as possible, and take timely and effective prevention and treatment measures based on the cause, quickly reduce the amount of bleeding, control its progression, improve treatment efficiency, and promote patient recovery.
