Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of chloasma with irregular menstruation. Methods During the period from January 2021 to January 2022, 102 patients with chloasma accompanied by irregular menstruation were selected for investigation. All patients participating in this investigation received symptomatic treatment. According to the treatment plan, the patients were divided into two groups, and the number of cases included in each group was (51). According to the treatment plan, they were named as the conventional group and the research group. The treatment scheme used in the conventional group was conventional treatment, while the treatment scheme used in the research group was Taohong Siwu Decoction plus or minus treatment. Summarize and explore the implementation effects of two treatment schemes. Results After treatment, the TCM symptom score in the conventional group improved, and decreased compared with that before treatment, with a significant difference compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction has excellent efficacy in treating chloasma with irregular menstruation, and this scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
