摘要	分析骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者治疗中补肾健骨汤联合护理干预的应用研究。方法选择我院2022年1月至2022年5月确诊的50例骨质疏松症和胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象，根据治疗时间顺序，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组在临床上进行常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础之上加用补肾健骨汤治疗，比较两组的相关疗效。结果观察组总有效率及护理满意度均高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，观察组SAS、POMS和VAS评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论补肾健骨汤配合相关护理可显著提高骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者的临床疗效，减轻疼痛程度，改善患者的心理状态，值得在临床中全面推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application of bushenjiangu Decoction combined nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture. Methods Fifty patients with osteoporosis and thoracolumbar fracture diagnosed in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment time order. The control group was clinically treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with bushen Jiangu decoction on the basis of the control group, and the related effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, SAS, POMS and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bushenjiangu Decoction combined with related nursing can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture, reduce the degree of pain, improve the psychological state of patients, and is worthy of comprehensive promotion in clinical practice.
