Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer of spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type. Methods 44 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer of spleen deficiency damp-resistance type in this study were selected from November 2020 to November 2021. They were divided into 22 control groups (conventional radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted treatment) and 22 study groups (control group plus Chinese medicine treatment) by different treatment methods, and the treatment effect and prognosis between the groups were compared. Results The therapeutic effects of the study group and the control group were 90.90% and 54.54% respectively; The prognosis of patients in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05. Conclusion Using traditional Chinese medicine to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with spleen deficiency and dampness resistance can achieve good results and promote the prognosis of patients.
