Objective To explore the effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 56 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected from our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group was treated with simple acupuncture and moxibustion, and the experimental group was treated with Wenjing Decoction on the basis of the above, with 28 cases in each group. Compare the treatment effects between the two groups. Result The effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). The pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower after treatment (P<0.05). After six months of follow-up, the pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for patients with primary dysmenorrhea is prominent, which can improve the treatment efficiency, alleviate the pain of patients, and have a more obvious long-term effect. This treatment method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
