中医特色护理在阑尾炎切除术患者中的效果

摘要	分析中医特色护理在阑尾炎切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2021年1月－2021年11月手术治疗的40例阑尾炎患者，采用随机分组法将其分为研究组与对照组，每组20例。结果研究组患者肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、排便时间、住院时间均短于对照组；术后1天、3天疼痛评分均低于对照组；并发症发生率低于对照组；护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论将中医特色护理应用于阑尾炎切除术患者当中，可促使术后身体快速恢复，降低并发症发生率。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the application effect of characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients undergoing appendectomy. Methods: 40 patients with appendicitis treated in our hospital from January 2021 to November 2021 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. Results: the anal exhaust time, out of bed activity time, defecation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group; The pain scores at 1 and 3 days after operation were lower than those in the control group; The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group; The nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients undergoing appendectomy can promote the rapid recovery of the body and reduce the incidence of complications.
