10例视网膜母细胞瘤眼球摘除术的护理配合研究

摘要	研究视网膜母细胞瘤眼球摘除术后采取的护理方法和产生的效果。方法选择我院2020年1月-2021年1月接收的10例手术患者作为研究对象，将其均实施护理干预，分析护理效果。结果护理后患儿SF-36评分明显高于护理前，患儿家属 SAS评分明显降低于护理前（P<0.05）为差异显著，有统计学意义。结论手术后实施有效护理配合能够改善患儿家属心理状况，有利于指导家属正确应对和积极配合治疗。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the nursing coordination of 10 cases of retinoblastoma. Methods 10 cases of retinoblastoma eye removal accepted by our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and nursing intervention was implemented to analyze the nursing effect. Results The SF-36 score of the nursing children was significantly higher than that before the nursing children, and the SAS score of the family members was significantly lower than that before the nursing children (P <0.05). Conclusion The effective nursing treatment of retinoblastoma can improve the psychological condition of childrens families, is conducive to guiding the families to respond correctly and actively cooperate with the treatment, and improve the quality of life of children, which is worthy of clinical attention and promotion.
