Objective To explore the application of new preoperative visiting mode in perioperative nursing in the operating room. Methods From January 2020 to March 2023, 100 patients who came to our hospital for perioperative care in the operating room were selected as the observation objects, and the patients between groups were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. During this period, patients in the control group received simple preoperative visit, and medical staff in the observation group implemented a new preoperative visit mode for patients. Then the psychological environment index, blood pressure index and satisfaction index were compared between the groups. Results Through comparison, two groups of patients after the implementation of nursing, the psychological index of anxiety, depression were decreased compared with before nursing, and the observation group after nursing two indexes were significantly lower than the control group; Moreover, in the evaluation of inter-group patient care satisfaction index, the evaluation of nursing education, communication, professional quality, special skills and institution environment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the implementation of the new preoperative visit mode for patients in the operation period nursing in the operating room, it can effectively improve the adverse psychological environment of patients, adjust the level of patients blood pressure and pulse, strengthen the professional nursing ability of medical staff, improve the satisfaction of patients nursing, and can be popularized in clinical application.
