中医综合护理在胫腓骨骨折术后患者中的应用效果研究

摘要	分析探讨中医综合护理在胫腓骨骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年-2021年接收治疗胫腓骨骨折患者120例为观察对象，随机分成两个组（观察组，中医综合护理，对照组，常规护理）观察组采用中医综合护理，将两组术后骨牵引时间与患者满意度进行比较。结果两组术后骨牵引时间结果显示：观察组骨牵引时间短于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者满意度调查结果显示：观察组患者满意度高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论胫腓骨骨折患者用中医综合护理能够有效短骨牵引时间，促进患者康复，值得推广与应用于临床干预中。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with tibia and fibula fracture after operation. Methods 120 patients with tibia and fibula fractures who were treated in our hospital from 2019 to 2021 were selected as the observation objects, and randomly divided into two groups (observation group, TCM comprehensive nursing, control group, and conventional nursing). The observation group was treated with TCM comprehensive nursing, and the time of bone traction after operation was compared with the satisfaction of patients. Results The results of bone traction time after operation in the two groups showed that the bone traction time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The survey results of patients satisfaction in the two groups showed that the patients satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion TCM comprehensive nursing for patients with tibia and fibula fracture can effectively shorten the bone traction time and promote the rehabilitation of patients, which is worth promoting and applying in clinical intervention.
