Objective To investigate the clinical nursing points and current situation of patients with severe femoral shaft fracture after surgery, and to study the implementation value of individualized nursing. Methods After discussion, from June 2020 to September 2022, 60 cases were selected from the existing orthopedics case information, and the diagnosis and treatment results of the information were all severe femoral shaft fracture. The information was matched by groups based on the principle of double-blind method. The study group and the control group were the groups for comparison in this study. The corresponding nursing measures in the group were divided into individualized nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention. The items mentioned in the follow-up comparison were overall quality of life, mood change and recovery. Results The study group was higher than the control group in the implementation degree of predictive protective measures for various life indicators, the prognostic protection of patients in hospital, the independent control of emotional changes, the implementation of the distributed nursing task, the functional expression of the fracture site after repair and the shortening effect of the length of hospital stay, the comparative value between the data was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can effectively regulate the emotional changes of patients, and has a certain effect on the improvement of the overall quality of life and recovery speed of patients.
